In Our Family This Week...
* the typical 2 T-Ball games for Nathan. He played Catcher on one game and Pitcher on the other.
* End of the Year Tennis Banquet for Seth. Mom and Ben attended with Seth. I've come to realize that Tennis kids are just good kids! Everyone is (genuinely) nice and considerate of others and Seth has made some great friends on the team!
* We added to the family... I had loads of fun shooting LOTS of pictures this week!  Yippee!!

* It was a Drill Weekend for Dad and so he was working all weekend.
* August and Seth went to the Stake Dance on Saturday Night
* Ben attended Braedan Erbe's Birthday party where they went to Jump Time :)

In Our Homeschool This Week...  This week was a blast and we learned so much!! (and having my new camera motivated me to take even more photos!!)

Kids Say...
I was doing the girls hair for church and they were both counting for me. Aubrie then said "I can count to 100!  Want to see?" So of course I told her I did and she proceeded to start counting. (side note: She's at the point where she's getting better at counting at the higher numbers but isn't always sure what comes after 59 or 69 or 79, etc...) So as she get's to 49 she asks me what is next and Lexi pipes up and says "50!" so then she continues on until 59 and then asks what is next and Lexi tells her "60!" When Aubrie get to 69 and isn't quite sure what is next Lexi says in a very annoyed voice "It's 70!" As Aubrie is approaching 79, Lexi is finished with helping her and says (in a very annoyed tone says) "I'm NOT going to tell you that 80 is next!"

and then I thought the below quote by Aubrie was pretty cute...

Spiritually Speaking...
I gave the leadership training in Ward Council this morning. We always train directly from the handbook and so we went over the Responsibilities and Duties of the Aaronic Priesthood.  What I found to be interesting is that when a boy is ordained to the office of a Teacher, the handbook says that they are to be "peacemaker". I'll be teaching the YW Lesson (in 2 weeks) about the Priesthood and so I thought this would give me a jump start on my lesson :)
