Spiritually Speaking...
I love the power of prayer! With August gone to Boise (and Dad and I not really liking that decision) I have been praying a lot! And you know what?... I have felt at peace. After turning everything over to the Lord and asking for protection over August, what else is there to do? When the 3 of us prayed all together to get an answer, we felt that it would be good for him to not to go, but that if he did then everything would be OK and that it really needed to be August's decision. August said that he too felt good about either staying or going and after thinking about it for an additional 10 days, he finally decided to go. He has been very respectful of our wishes while he's been there and I'm happy that he's been able to spend some time with Grandma and Grandpa Vogt.
***************************
Also just an update on our reading 2 pages in the Book of Mormon as challenged to us by the Bishopric... We have done great! We have missed a day here or there (but then just read extra the next day to catch back up)... While it's not always easy, I have certainly felt a more peaceful calm in our home and love that we have this goal to work towards as a family :)
