* The movers arrived Monday morning at 8am. After walking through the house, they said they'd be pulling out of our driveway on Wednesday around noon. Their prediction was spot on! They closed up the door to the moving van at 11:45am on Wednesday morning!
* We had dinner with Shane and Camille Gillett on Monday evening
* We had dinner with Vivian Veazey on Tuesday evening
* We had dinner with the Van Bibbers on Wednesday evening
* Checked out of the house and turned over all keys on Wednesday after the movers left. All of our hard work paid off and they thought the house looked amazing! They were especially impressed all of the painting that mom had done.
* We stayed in the Comfort Inn Wednesday night and then mom, Seth, Ben, Nathan, Aubrie and Lexi left for Nebraska on Thursday morning around 9:45am. They arrived at Grandma and Grandpa Carlson's at 9pm that night.
* August and Dad stayed behind in Minot and will join them in Nebraska next Thursday. They will be staying at the Hampton Inn while dad finalizes some work training his replacement.
* Went Easter clothes shopping with Grandma and was quite successful!
* Celebrated Ben's 14th Birthday!!
Spiritually Speaking...
We have certainly felt Heaven's hand in our life this week with the final departure out of Minot! Things honestly went so smoothly and well and we feel so grateful for that! The movers that were assigned to us were wonderful and they were so quick and proficient! Things went will with the house inspection and we received our full deposit back! Also, we knew that August needed to sell his car before leaving and after advertising it on the internet - it was sold to the first person that came to look at it just hours after posting it! Our friends took care of us and fed us and we just feel so blessed with how smooth it all went! Now... if we just had a place secured in Billings - then we'd all be set! :)
