In Our Family this month...
After recently welcoming Sara into the Vogt family, we were blessed to welcome another new member - this time on the smaller side! August and McKendra had another little boy born on June 11. They named him Leviticus Orion Vogt (Levi) and he was 8lb and 20inch long. He is just the perfect little one and we're all so in love! Luka and Henry have been so good to him and love him to pieces!
3 days after Levi was born, we celebrated Seth's 26th Birthday! The girls were gone to Girl's Camp but we still celebrated his special day and then had a bigger family party when the family was all back home and together. Speaking of Girls Camp, Lexi had been given the assignment of painting Beauty and the Beast characters to decorate their campsite with. She blew us all away with how good they turned out!

Happy Father's Day to the Best dad ever!! We are all so grateful for how involved, loving, encouraging, supportive and righteous dad is to each and every one of us! The girls had gotten home from Girls Camp the day before (I mention this because Mandy Hatch had gone as one of the Camp Cooks and had mentioned during church that she was so exhausted upon getting home that she hadn't been able to go grocery shopping and didn't have anything planned for Father's Day -- so I invited their family over to join us and in all honesty, it made the celebrations even better!)
Dad got to go on a special trip this month... he went to ENGLAND!! Akuma flew him out to see their facilities and to meet the Akuma family. They put him up in a sweeet Air BNB that was on the property and spoiled him the whole week! The final day of his trip ended with attending the Gallagher Cup for Premiership Rugby (basically like the "Super Bowl" of Rugby!) at Twickenham Stadium. He was able to watch North Hampton go up against Bath. It was an amazing experience for him! (insert dads commentary about his trip here...)
While last month brought the sealing of Ben and Sara, this month we had the reception to celebrate their union! It was a Japan inspired theme with cake, a brownie bar and chips & Salsa. Aubrie made the 5 layer red velvet (allergy friendly!) cake that was absolutely stunning! All of the guests had a great time and the kids felt honored and happy with how the evening played out.
Mom, dad and the girls joined Grandma Vogt, Tony, Heidy and their kids for a day of boating at Lucky Peak! We started out by finding a sweet little spot to have a picnic and frolic in the water (and diving/jumping off of the pier!) followed by taking turns being whipped to and fro on the 3 seater tube!
