* Had some more house guests - the Croxalls! We filled our time together with visiting, baking, 4th of July BBQ, shooting, exploring the town and setting off fireworks!
* Had an employee of dads over for dinner ("Corndog" from Minot)
* After getting hired last week at Fox Lumber, Seth started his new job. He doesn't like it and is looking for something else that he can switch to.
* Another week of full time work for August
* August and Seth went on a scout campout with the YM in Big Sky Montana
* Mom worked on (finally) getting the Master Closet/Bedroom completely unpacked and decorated - yay!
* The girls did a musical number in church (along with all of the other 8-11 year old girls)
* We took a day trip to Red Lodge, MT. It reminded us very much McCall, Idaho. We had a picnic and played in the creek.
* August and Seth each worked 40 hours this week
* Seth was ordained to the office of Elder by dad
* Grandma Great Leona Vogt passed away. While we are all sad, it truly is a blessing. She was a wonderful woman and all of the kids enjoyed her! I'm really glad we took the effort to go see her in April! Until we meet again, Grandma...
* Dad received the Presidential Award of Excellence at work for taking the Minot Branch from 8 OSHA Recordables to ZERO the next year!!!! We know that Heavenly Father helped in this as we included safety in our family prayer each day!

Spiritually Speaking...
Last week, I had said that I wanted to do the spiritually speaking portion of the blog. Here we are a week later and I can't remember what I wanted to write about. I know there was something but I can't remember it for the life of me. This past week has had a great experience with Seth receiving the Melchizedek Priesthood and being ordained to the office of Elder. I'm so proud of him. It was a real honor to be able to give the Priesthood to him. There are some blessings that you give that you really struggle with pronouncing the words of the Lord, this was not one of those times. I had such an overwhelming feeling and knowledge that Heavenly Father was so pleased with him. The words flowed as fast as I could pronounce them.
Last weekend, we also had the passing of Grandma as she left this mortal earth. She was such a kind and loving grandmother who really made you feel special. I am so grateful that families can be forever and glad that she has left behind the pain she experienced in her last years for life eternal.

(Aubrie also wanted to write something)
So for almost a month I've been reading my scriptures and almost every night i read a scripture story that has a wicked man and that they teach lies and when they know that they will die and before they are going to die they say i lied and you should believe in Jesus Christ and you see that is the great thing about the Holly Ghost it can be so strong that it can do thing like that and I say these thing and the name of Jesus Christ amen.
