In Our Family This Week...
* Dad made 2 trips down to Gillette
* Ben had some friends over on Friday and Saturday
* Mom and Dad got to have lunch with friends from Boise
* Mom and the kids went on a Field trip to Bozeman (2 hours away) to the Museum of the Rockies. We went with Shalayna Willis and her 3 girls. It was a really neat inside and they had several exhibits. There was a Dinosaur exhibit (including the big T-Rex that was discovered here in Montana), a Crocodile exhibit, a Native American exhibit, a Space exhibit, a Pioneer exhibit and also a Planetarium (the show we saw in it was all about the Dinosaurs)! We had a picnic lunch and really enjoyed ourselves!
Seth Spotlight...
* Enjoyed eating cake and watching Conference
* His favorite Conference Talk was Elder Rasbands about the Holy Ghost
* Saw some Turtle Shell Armor that he thought was cool
* Still working hard trying to find people to teach
Spiritually Speaking...
Just feeling so grateful this week for personal revelation. I'm so grateful that we can go to our loving Heavenly Father when we need guidance and direction in our lives! So grateful that faith helps us rely upon that guidance when our own understanding of things is limited! We're facing another big life altering decision: The Paul,ID branch is open for Rain For Rent and we need to decide quickly if we want John to be considered for the position. It's not a guarantee even if we decide to apply but we didn't want to be the squeaky wheel in the company (since they just moved us to MT a year ago!) and push for moving again if that's not where Heavenly Father wants us. So we have been praying and fasting this weekend to see if our desires of moving to Idaho are the same as His. Again, I am so very grateful to be able to pray and ask God of His will concerning us!! Anyway, after we closed our Fasts we both felt like we should put our name in the running for the job transfer and see what happens! While we know this isn't a guarantee of the job, we both feel excited about what the future may hold for us!
