In Our Family This Week...
* The girls participated in an Alice In Wonderland Murder Mystery Party with some other homeschoolers here in the valley. They both really enjoyed piecing together their costumes (Lexi was The Cook and Aubrie was The Duchess). They had a splendid time and were glad that they were involved.
* Ben had his friends, Issiac and Matthew stay the night on Wednesday to celebrate Issiacs birthday. The girls made some brownies and we did a few decorations to make it seem more festive.
* Mom got officially hired on at Marco's - what!? haha... I'll never be on the schedule but if August ends up needing some help, he can call on me and I'll go help him out!
* Nathan is doing FANTASTIC with his reading!! Kristin (the TT intervention tutor) skipped a whole grade level for him this week and he's moving right along! Grandma also says that he's blowing her away! We are all so thankful for Nathan's hard efforts, his tutors time and attention and the blessings from Heaven!
* Another Duck Hunt for dad - he just loves it!
* HALLOWEEN! Aubrie has been working on sewing Elf (think Lord of the Rings not Christmas) costumes for a couple of months for her and Lexi and they turned out fantastic! They hit TWO Trunk or Treats and then the McMullens hosted a party for the youth in our ward Friday night that all of the kids went to.
